How do I book a trip?
Book directly on the website, on WhatsApp at +20 101 780 8340 or by email at info@monhurghada.com. The day before your trip, we send you your pick-up time.
Is hotel pick-up included?
Yes, it is free in Hurghada. From other areas, the supplement depends on the trip:
- Trips around Hurghada (sea, islands, desert…): €10 per person from El Gouna, Makadi Bay and Sahl Hasheesh; €15 per person from Soma Bay and Safaga.
- Trips and transfers to Luxor or Aswan: free from Makadi Bay and Safaga (on the way); €10 per person from El Gouna and Sahl Hasheesh.
- Trips and transfers to Cairo: free from El Gouna (on the way); €10 per person from Makadi Bay and Sahl Hasheesh; €15 per person from Soma Bay and Safaga.
- Airport transfers: €10 per vehicle (not per person) from El Gouna, Makadi Bay and Sahl Hasheesh.
Can I cancel my booking?
Yes, cancellation is free up to 24 hours before the trip.
How can I pay?
No deposit is required: you pay the full price in cash on the day of the trip, in euros, US dollars or Egyptian pounds.
What is the price for children?
Children aged 0 to 5 travel free, children aged 6 to 11 pay half the adult price, and from 12 years old the adult price applies. Exception: the Luxor hot air balloon flight on its own has no child discount (minimum age 6). Some trips (Cairo by plane, Mini Egypt Park) have their own child prices, shown on the trip page.
Do your guides speak French?
Yes. For trips to Luxor, Cairo, Aswan and Abu Simbel, our guides speak French and English. For sea trips, a French-speaking guide is available on request (€20 extra).
