1. Booking
- Book online on our website, by WhatsApp or by email.
- You receive a confirmation with your pick-up time the day before your trip.
2. Cancellation Policy
- Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the trip, with a full refund.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the trip, or no-shows, are not refundable.
- If we cancel a trip because of bad weather or sea conditions, you receive a full refund or a new date of your choice.
3. Hotel Pick-up
- Hotel pick-up and drop-off in Hurghada is included.
- For hotels in El Gouna, Sahl Hasheesh and Makadi Bay, a supplement of €10 per person applies on Cairo day trips, Luxor day trips and airport transfers.
4. Your Responsibility
- Follow the instructions of your guide and crew.
- Tell us about any health condition that may affect your participation.
- Take care of your personal belongings.
